    As I asked in the other thread, can I ask what version of Facebook for WooCommerce you’re using, as well as what versions of WooCommerce and WordPress?

    Good morning.

    WordPress 5.4.1

    Facebook for WooCommerce Version 1.11.3

    The most interesting thing is that the upload to the manager account, the upload has passed, but there is no way to upload to the store itself.

    There is an opportunity to run a dynamic advertisement.

    I had a similar problem yesterday and figured it was maybe because I already had products loaded in my Facebook Shop, so I deleted my Facebook Shop, deleted this plugin, reinstalled the plugin, did the sync again and it worked. I’m still having some issues but at least the bulk of everything is there.

    No idea if this will work for everyone and I’m by no means an expert at this at all, but maybe it will help….you never know :-D.

    Hi, I have installed this plugin but products do not show on the Facebook Page Shop. I first added products on WooCommerce and then I setup this plugin.

    During the Setup process, at the end it says all products have been synced to Facebook but they dont show.

    I did re-install the plugin and using latest versions from all plugins and wordpress
