Products not showing in 'View Cart' or Checkout .. (1 post)

    I have recently added WooCommerce to my site, everything seemed to be working last week but now there is an issue with the checkout out process. You can add an item to the cart but when you click View Cart or Checkout, you get the message saying that the cart is empty!

    Apparently that is often an issue with the PHP Sessions. I contacted my host and they made this writable and also allocated more memory to 128MB. Although in the Systems Settings under WooCommerce on the dashboard it still appears to be 32MB.

    Would love some ideas on how to fix this ...
