    I’ve been testing the BC plugin off and on on a dev site and just installed WordPress on a new site along with the latest version of the BigCommerce WordPress plugin. I am unable to successfully import any of my products. The Products tab for the plugin says “Step 6 of 9: Fetching product data from the BigCommerce API” and has been stuck there for several hours.

    I also updated the plugin on my dev-site and it is now that site is unable to sync products, even after a couple of days.

    Please help!

  • I just finished migrating my web hosting to a better plan that permitted a newer version of PHP, however, after the migration the plugin still will not import any products.

    Hey Medcline,
    Can you try something? Go to BigCommerce > Settings > Diagnostics and “Enable Error Logs” by checking the box, then hit Save Changes at the top right.

    Then kick off a new import, and let us know what you see by clicking Get Diagnostics
