Only generic debug steps:
– take a backup before starting
– if you have a commercial theme, check with the vendor’s support service
– check that WooCommerce is up-to-date (2.2.6)
– check that your theme is up-to-date
– check the console (Chrome: control-shift-j) for any Javascript errors
– deactivate all other plugins to be able to rule out a plugin conflict
– try the default TwentyFourteen theme to be able to rule out a theme issue
– please post your url, there may be other checks that can be done

I found out that my problem is with the theme that I am using. If I use a default theme from wordpress the problem disappear. My theme is Paragon from Mojo. I have already contacted the theme designer but I am still waiting…
