    When adding a product to cart, the page just reloads and doesn’t add any products to the cart. This issue arose after the client updated their server with host GoDaddy.

    I have tried the following to resolve the issue:

    – Raised the WP Memory Limit to 96MB
    – Made the PHP Sessions – Session save path /tmp is writable.

    I am not sure what to do now, the site is live and the client is getting quite anxious.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • It would be good if you could even share the live site link, coz sometimes it would even some script error’s or any other errors!

    Do check the log in your server, you might find some info that would be of help to you to sort out the issue!
