Support » Plugin: DuracellTomi's Google Tag Manager for WordPress » Products names on events

  • Hi, I have installed your plugin and setup Enhanced Ecommerce tracking with your article. Everything is fine but when the product is added into the cart or product is being viewed I got events in GA like: gtm4wp.productClickEEC or gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC.
What can I do to see names of the products here?

    Hi,

Event reports with enhanced ecommerce should not being used. Event are only “the way” to send ecommerce data into Analytics. Open the Conversions->Ecommerce->Product performance report and click on the Shopping behavior item on the top of the report (not the Shopping behavior report!) – here you will see each product name and the corresponding ecommerce actions like impressions, clicks, add to cart, checkout, etc.

    Hi, you’re right 🙂 Thanks.
    One more question please 🙂
I had two transactions. One was tracked and I can see it in GA. The other wasn’t (I mean the transacion). What can be the problem? Both the same way of payment.

What’s more in GA i Have information everything is configured for Ecommerce, but no data is flowing.

Here you can see several reasons why you will miss some transactions in GA anyway:
