Hello,
Can you also share a screenshot of the backend page where products blocks are applied as well as the frontend URL of the page in question?
Hi @sfilippov
Thank you for the screenshots. OK, I understand you’ve added products using the Hand-Picked products blocks, is that correct? I’ve tried this on my test site and couldn’t replicate it.
Have you tried isolating this issue by deactivating all plugins except the WooCommerce and switching your theme to Storefront? If that resolves the issue, that means your site is having a theme/plugin conflict. You can re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
Here is a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Thank you very much! This action solved the problem. There was a conflict with the plugin Product Filter by WooBeWoo.
Great! Glad to know you found the culprit.
Product Filter by WooBeWoo’s support team is best positioned to assist with the issue.
If you have further questions please feel free to open a new topic.
Cheers.
