• Hi!

I just downloaded woo commerce to set up my online shop. I added all the pages and some products but they don’t show on my shop page. Is there anything I’m missing? Am I supposed to create categories and tags for the products to show on the shop page? I don’t see any other options in my settings to change and solve this problem.

Thanks in advance for your support!

Do you have a URL to look at? Any chance you could send through the system status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status**?

    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display sub-page
then make sure “Shop Page Display” is set to “Show Products”.

You can add categories and tags later if you want them.

Lorro when I select ”show products” it doesn’t show anything. When I select ”show categories and products” it shows the two categories I created and the products within that. I would rather have all the products on one page so it’s all visible at once and then have a side widget with the available categories and tags to narrow down the results.

I hope you see something in the system report so I know what to fix! Thanks for your help 🙂

I should deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. Does it work now?
