We have not released any update yesterday that can cause the death screen. So, the problem on your site-specific and there might have any other thing that is causing the problem.
It can be a conflict with any other plugin/theme or something I’m not sure. Have you installed any plugins before getting the death screen or have you made any changes?
You can try deactivating the other plugins/themes to check, if it helps.

YITH WooCommerce Wishlist
Plugin installed:
WooCommerce Admin

You can try the follows:
Try deactivating YITH and WooCommerce Admin.
Deactivate and activate the wePOS again.
