Products categories in menu not showing correctly

Hello, I am working on an ecommerce website and i have a problem that in WordPress -> Theme -> Menu the Product Categories are not being sorted properly as is shown written in this topic 2 years ago. I turned everything off despite woocommerce, switched to storefront but the products categories in the menu settings are still being shown wrong and this is not the case in product category section or while editing products, this problem is only occurring via the “Menu” builder.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for sharing your system status. OK, I have a test site with the same environment (latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and Storefront), I do see that the Product Categories under Apparance > Menus are not sorted the same way as Products > Categories or product edit page.
I’m not sure if this is a bug, but if you feel it is, please open up an issue on GitHub so the developers can take a look at it: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/new/choose
Submitted it here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/30451. Hopefully they will fix it soon. Thank you very much for now!
