{{products.cart}} in template is not working

    Hello, I am using the plugin successfully, the reminders emails are being sending. But the text hola is not replaced by the list of items. Any clue about this? What can I check?

    Hi @angel_aparicio_gomez,

    The merge tag {{products.cart}} should be replaced with the product details of the abandoned products list in the reminder email. If this merge tag is not being replaced with the items list at your end then please share the HTML code of your email template with us. So we will see what is causing the problem at your end.

    Thanks! I have checked the html. The merge tag was mixed with html code. Something like this:

    {{<span align=”center”>products.cart}</span>}

    I have already fixed!
