Support » Theme: Twenty Nineteen » Products at bottom of shop display – Woocommerce

The products are shown at the bottom rather than the top of this product display. There are only two products. Am using version 1.4 currently.

When I install and live preview the Storefront theme however, it does display the products at top, which leads me to believe it has something to do with 2019.

I’ve tried a variety of CSS white space fixes suggested in the forum, which didn’t affect the display.

We like this theme and would rather not switch. We’re using Woocommerce, jetpack, YoastSEO and Monsterinsights, and not sure how much rework there would be. I’m new to the site and don’t have a lot of WordPress, so would obviously like to minimise the rework required.

    Thanks much!

It sounds as if there is some sort of cache in play. Check for that first. A hard restart of the page might do the trick, but do check the caches in place.

I did look at the page you referenced, but it looked to be a holding page.

Thanks stillman. Did you see the products on the bottom of the page?
Actually I just put in maintenance mode so I’m glad you can get to the page at all.
In any event, I did clear cache and minified CSS without any results.

How does one do a hard restart of a page? Actually, I have been having a hard time seeing the results of changes that i make even after publishing!

    Kind thanks,

I only saw a picture of flowers and “Get Ready… Something Cool Is Coming Soon”.

ctrl + shift + r or shut down the browser and put the url in again.

Difficulty in seeing the results of changes suggests some sort of cache problem.
A suggestion, do the changes in one browser and view in another.

Apparently it’s been resolved but not sure how yet! Thanks for your input though đŸ™‚
