    Hi,

I just upgraded to woocommerce 3.3 on my cloned website and immediately had problems with products are not displayed in Shop and Category pages.

If I change the display to ‘show categories’ or ‘show subcategories’ it will show the categories. But when I click the category or subcategory, there is nothing on display.

FYI, I’m using storefront theme for this website.

  • Same here. No products on display in any category and there are some widgets at the bottom of the products page that shouldn’t be there. Hopefully some rollouts to fix it.

    Hi there,

Thanks for letting us know. Our developers are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in WooCommerce 3.3.1.

Right now I’d recommend rolling back to 3.2.6.

You can roll back to 3.2.6 by replacing the WooCommerce plugin files. The 3.2.6 version can be found here:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/

And here are the previous releases:

The issue is suddenly solved by itself.

I don’t know what happens. But everything is working smoothly again.

p/s: This is a cloned site with WooCommerce 3.3.0 installed.

    Hi there,

I’m glad everything works as expected now!

For those who are still facing this behaviour – I’d recommend either rolling back to 3.2.6 (WP Rollback is a great tool for this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/) or waiting for the release of WooCommerce 3.3.1.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi grigaswp,

I’ve found what caused the issue. It seems like the WooCommerce 3.3.0 conflicts with DuracellTomi’s Google Tag Manager Plugin.

When I uninstalled the GTM plugin, WooCommerce worked like normal. Could you please solve this issue? I really need this GTM plugin to be working for my site.

    Kind Regards

    Hi there,

A temporary solution for this is a rollback to WooCommerce 3.2.6.

If the conflict between DuracellTomi’s Google Tag Manager and WooCommerce is still there once WooCommerce 3.3.1 comes out – DuracellTomi’s Google Tag Manager Plugin might need to be updated to be compatible with WooCommerce.

I’d suggest reaching out to support of DuracellTomi’s GTM in that case. Also, it is a good idea to have a staging site (which can be launched using a plugin such as WP Staging) to test all the updates without affecting your live site.

    I hope this helps!

Still seeing this issue in Woo 3.3.1 – no products display on Shop landing page.

Also is_product_category() function no longer seems to work as expected since 3.3.
