Hi nickelanddimenl,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Facebook’s notification is pretty straightforward. Your Facebook pixel code is measuring visitors on products that are not in your product feed catalog.
Questions:
1. Are you using our Facebook pixel feature or are you using another Facebook pixel plugin? If you are using another one make sure the content_id values of the plugin match the g:id values of your product feed. See: https://adtribes.io/align-facebook-catalog-facebook-pixel/
2. Are you sure all products are in your product feed catalog. When you filter out products then obviously you will be getting the above Facebook notification.
All the best,
Eva
Hi,
I’m using the Facebook pixel feature.
This is the content id im getting: TE390C1_7045317
How can i remove the SKU?
Hi,
TE390C1_7045317 is not in a format our plugin add’s so you must be using another plugin to add the Facebook pixel to your website? Our plugin add’s only the productID to the content_ids parameter. You need to reach out to the developers of that plugin asking how to change the content_ids so it holds the product ID.
All the best,
Eva
Oh yes i am using the Woocommerce Facebook plugin. Should i deactivate it?
Hi nickelanddimenl,
Well you have two options I think:
1. You can deactivate the WooCommerce Facebook plugin but then make sure to activate the Facebook pixel feature of our plugin. This will result in the Facebook catalog feed to match the pixel code;
2. Reach out to the developers of the WooCommerce Facebook plugin to see what it takes to align their pixel with your catalog feed.
All the best,
Eva
Hi,
When you have mapped you g:id field to the “Product Id” field the g:id field can never be empty as products always have a product ID. So please make sure to map the g:id field to your “Product ID” like this:

Yeah i’ve done that. but some of the products still dont have a g:id
That shouldn’t be possible. Did you refresh your product feed?
If so, could you give me some examples of products in your feed that are missing the g:id?
Best,
Eva
Hey Eva,
Ik heb je een link gestuurd van mijn XML feed.
Deze mist bijvoorbeeld een g:id
