Products Archive breadcrumb defaults to last product uploaded

The products archive page of my client’s site has breadcrumbs up top. Instead of the breadcrumb referring to the products archive page being labeled “Products Archive” or “What’s in Stock”, it defaults to the name of the latest product I’ve published to the site.

Right now, for example, the products archive page is labeled “Albino Axolotl” because I just uploaded that product to the site a few minutes ago. It looks a bit ridiculous.

I need help pinpointing the problem here.
