product visibilty

Hi,

When products are imported and you have the hide product when out of stock enabled in woocommerce, the products will hide but leave a blank space on the collection pages.

I dont have the tax:product_visibility filled in, so they make them all visible, even when the product is out of stock.
I want the following: When the product is out of stock, make them invisible without editting every product with the tax:product_visibility. (i have over 12k products)
How can i do this?
