 * Hello,
 * I have set up the tag manager although the transactions are being accurately
   tracked, the journey towards to transaction is not, and it is causing issues
   with re-targeting.
 * **Problem 1 – add to carts not being tracked **
    The add to cart tracking is
   completely missed from the analytics data, it shows product views and checkouts
   only
 * **Problem 2 – product views not being tracked **
    It is consistently showing
   that only around 35% of visits have product views, however, all the advertising
   is directly to product page, so the majority of visits should be product views,
   around 90%, but this is not reflected in the tracking.
 * Can you please let me know what I can do to fix this?
 * Thank you

 * Hi,
 * First of all you should check your GTM setup since as far as I can see pageview
   tracking is firing twice during page load. You might see currently unbelievable
   low bounce rate in your GA stats and perhaps way higher pages/session than it
   should be.
 * Since I can see a pageview hit on every interaction tracked, my assumption is
   that your GA pageview tag has at least two triggers. One of this trigger might
   be the ecommerce helper trigger which should not be attached to your GA pageview
   tag.
 * I can see the gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC event firing towards GTM but I do not
   see any GA tag firing on this event. You should check your ecommerce helper trigger.
 * If you could post some screenshots about your GA tags and triggers, I could have
   a look at them

 * and yes you are right, unbelievable bounce rate, 13%, i wish this was true, in
   reality I expect it to be around 60%

 * Hi,
 * So you have a tag called “Google Analytics – Universal Analytics” – here you
   only need to “PV – DOM ready” trigger, all other triggers can be removed from
   this tag.
 * You have a trigger named “Untitled TEvent – Ecommerce events” – please post a
   screenshot about its setup.
 * Also please post a screenshot about the setup of the “”Google Analytics – Universal
   Analytics 1” tag.

 * Thank you.
 * I have removed all the other triggers from “Google Analytics – Universal Analytics”
   and now only “PV – DOM ready” trigger remains.

 * Hi,
 * I can still see a second pageview firing on all of your pages.
    I can not find
   the source but it is definitely happening.
 * I have one guess: you setup your “Google Analytics – Universal Analytics 1” tag
   to fire the “Google Analytics – Universal Analytics” tag before or after it is
   firing.
 * On a category page you have so many products shown on a single page that his
   can not be handled with the current setup. For example on this page:
 * [https://linderclothing.com/product-category/men/clothing-men/](https://linderclothing.com/product-category/men/clothing-men/)
 * … you have 214 products.
    You need to use the “Products per impression” option
   in GTM4WP. Set a value of ~10-15 and use “Step 9” of the setup guide: [https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking](https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking)
