Product variations question

Im making several products with 27 variations each.
Everything goes well except for 3 things:
– One of the variations doesnt show with the correct photo. The other 26 are working great and show the correct photo if you pick a variation.

– The featured photo on the product page is different than the highlighted photo ive set in the product. As you enter the product page, it should show the highlighted photo, which is without any of the variations. It picks a random photo from the product gallery, but strangely, it picks the same one for different products (all the same decorations on a product).

– Once the product is bought and placed in the cart, it doesnt show the product variation photo, but the highlighted photo of the product.

Can somebody help me with these questions on variations?
