 * I’m assuming that your plugin does not have the ability to place attachments 
   on variable products other than the parent product? If not are there plans to
   add this function?

 * Thanks for reaching out to us.
 * Yes, in our current light version you can only add the attachments on the parent
   page only.
 * There is no option to add variation-based attachments.
 * Currently, we haven’t planned to add this type of feature to our roadmap.
 * In the future, if we get more requests related to this then we will think over
   it and will implement it in the future updates.

 * Does your pro version allow attachments per variation? At $119 for a license 
   it probably should. The Woocommerce Attach Me plugin does and its only $19
