I noticed that in one order the variation appears in the Packing Slip, and in another with the same product, it doesn’t appear. From your screenshots, I’m curious if the “+” sign in the “ Midas Touch + Limited Photocard” is the culprit here. Certain characters are not rendered with the software library we use to convert HTML to PDFs. When you view the PDF in HTML mode [using the guide here](https://docs.wpovernight.com/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/output-the-pdf-document-as-html/), does that variation field appear? If it does, could you try renaming that variation option without the “+” sign to something like “Midas Touch **with** Limited Photocard”?
