Product variants not showing up in facebook shop properly

Hi there,

However, non of the variant size (standard, deluxe, superior) showed up in the front end of my facebook shop (oharaflorist) but I could see each of them in the commerce manager > catalog clearly for each product.

Could you check if your product variations are listed here: https://d.pr/i/Cv34gi – if yes do the links load, when you click them?

Checked with Facebook support and was referred back to this forum because they said that it’s an issue with woocommerce setting instead of Facebook setting.

Since they looked into this. Did they maybe mention why? 🙂

Yes they showed correct here… how can I show you the screenshot? I’m new here and can’t seems to find the way to attached a screenshot.

Also, just to confirm, on each of the individual variations, are they set to “Sync and Show in Catalog” (not “Sync and hide in catalog”):

reset didn’t work. product still show sync and show but variants not showing up in facebook shop while in commerce manager, I can see all the variants created.

Thank you for attempting this and letting us know what you’re seeing, at this point if resetting the products did not work you may want to attempt reconnecting Facebook for WooCommerce entirely.
