Product Url

Hi,
I have a product page i.e http://182.75.124.211/adores-granite/quartz/ and have several product listed there. My problem is whenever I am clicking any product it’s going to the product details page with an unnecessary ‘?’ mark. Like the url
http://182.75.124.211/adores-granite/quartz/product/artico/?
I want the above url to be renamed as
http://182.75.124.211/adores-granite/quartz/product/artico/

I have tried with pretty url in seo section but not able to fix it. Please let me know if there is any solution. I am a paid plugins user
