# Product upload issues

    I’m trying to help a friend with an issue: when uploading a new product to
   the store (e-Commerce Version 3.8.9.5) the product will load in sidebar and display
   only the title instead of being added to the products area.
 * For reference: [http://www.sassygems.com/?page_id=29](http://www.sassygems.com/?page_id=29)
   is the products page, but when navigating into a specific category such as [http://www.sassygems.com/?wpsc_product_category=custom-jewelry](http://www.sassygems.com/?wpsc_product_category=custom-jewelry),
   the issue begins.
    If I add add one of these sub-categories to the menu, it loads
   correctly, but makes the sub-category menu disappear.
 * Any suggestions?
