Product Type ‘Lottery’ not supported

    We are using a plugin which gives an extra product type of ‘lottery’. This isn’t being treated as a product that can earn loyalty points even though a purchase is being made.

    If I create a ‘simple’ product the points system works just fine but a ‘lottery’ product shows points as 0.

    Would love some help. Thanks

    Hi @kiermasz,

    I believe you already sent an email about this and I replied, but I will answer on here too in case anyone else has the same issue.

    This version of the plugin currently only supports “simple” and “variable” product types. The “Pro” version may be able to be extended to support additional product types with some additional code – please contact us through our contact form in this case.
