    No matter how good a plugin is you cannot assure your website users of maximum uptime without backup support. You never know when a conflict or bug will arise impacting the users experience.

    In that respect I can advise that wpforms is a great product with excellent backup support. During the recent xmas holiday period support responded to my ticket within 24 hours and the problem was quickly resolved with negligible user impact.
