Hello! I want to add a search for a store description.

There is text in the store description (popcorn)
A person can request a search (popcorn) in a new field and only stores where there is a description with text (popcorn) will be offered to him
    I can do it? Thanks

Hi, you can use the description and additional description fields to add extra text on the template, please make sure to edit the right template.

How to customize the store locator

To Add a Description tag, please see the attached code, you have to paste that into the template view file, which can be either template-frontend-0.php, template-frontend-1.php or template-frontend-2.php

The path to the template file is:

    /wp-content/plugins/agile-store-locator/public/partials/template-frontend-0.php

Thanks for the detailed answer. This will help provide additional description. I still haven’t figured out how to make a search field for the new description.

Hi @onbroth , sorry for the delay, actually you can’t search by the description, however, you can use the brand, categories, and products filter (as a dropdown) to filter the stores.

    Thank you
