Product review skipped.

    I’m always getting this and no reviews are being added to a new product. Note I changed the post ID in the .csv to match the post ID of where I want them to live, in an updated and new post. Exporting from the old and importing, after changing “comment_post_ID” number to match the new = “Product review skipped.”

    Any help appreciated!

    Hi David,
    We have checked your CSV. If you are newly importing the review don’t map the comment_ID. If you are updating the existing review please map the comment_ID and tick the merge option otherwise you will get ‘Product Review Skipped’.
