Product review rate shortcode

    When you say ‘product review rate’, do you mean a rating created in WooCommerce or another plugin?

    Hi,

    I’m using the plugin “yith woocommerce advanced reviews premium” (but the reviews also appear on the comments section of the administration). I would like to include on my notification email the rate (for example : 4/5 or 1/5) of the review.

    Hi jeremylgx,
    You can include information from comments in BNFW but nothing plugin specific unless it’s a custom field created using ACF by using the Custom Fields add-on.

    Have you tried adding the information from comments in your notifications?

    I’m not looking for something plugin specific as the review rate is also in the regular comments of wordpress (when woocommerce is installed) but I cannot find the right shortocde to do this on BNFW.

    Hi jeremylgx,
    If the review is just the contents of a comment then you can use the [comment_content] shortcode to output this.

    If the review is a custom field that has been added to the WordPress comments then you won’t be able to add the contents of the review with BNFW at this time unfortunately.
