    hi
    i wanna use the plugin for my product page with woocommerce and i use [site_reviews assigned_to=”post_id”] for show the result and use the [site_reviews_form assign_to=”post_id”] for submission but when i submit the review , it say : There are no reviews yet. Be the first one to write one.and the average of stars in any page of products are same and it show the same result.
    what can i do?

    Yes, I need to look at the page source to see the shortcode usage.

    Also, reviews are not updated on the page immediately after you submit a review, only after you reload the page.

    When you use assign_to=post_id in the shortcode, Site Reviews will assign the review to the Post ID of the current page.

    Because you have the submission form on the /reviews page, Site Reviews is assigning reviews to that page instead of to the /app/snapchat page.

    Since your submission form is on a different page, you will need to manually use the post ID of the /app/snapchat instead.

    For example: [site_reviews assign_to=347]
