    I previously had the theme on my old website and I didnt have this problem so I am unsure.

    I think the issue will be inside petshopper/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php

    Are there theme updates available?

    No, the theme is all up to date.

    Can you do a test with another theme to confirm its that?

    Yes, its not showing up when I change the theme. I will contact Yi Themes for help now.
