The problem is: She wants the print to say evert single product with tax/VAT. How can we change that? Or where I am wrong?
Because, if more products appear on the same order, there will still only be one total of taxes/VAT and not for each product, but only a total –> as the customers sees it.
In settings we have
Activated taxes/VAT and calculations
Yes, we will enter prices including tax/VAT
Prices and basket –> also including tax/VAT
Tax/VAT total: Have tried both “specified per unit” and “single total”
The tax/VAT is also set in “standard rates” to danish tax/VAT
I have cleared caches and followed your step by step many times for taxes/VAT to find the problem.
I also have a designer on the printing template – but he cannot fix this issue.

I have checked the Lav Tæt Buket product with the same variations as shown in the screenshots. The price I see is kr. 300,00.
To understand this problem more clearly, could share a screenshot of your Tax Settings page? You can find it at WooCommerce → Settings and click the Tax tab.
Also, edit the Lav Tæt Buket product, go to S variation, and share a screenshot of the product. I want to review the price and other settings of this product.
Lastly, are you using any plugins that could affect the price or taxes?
Regarding any other plugins, we use PPOM for Woocommerce and Variation Swatches for Woocommerce. I don’t think we are using others that may affect tax and princing, since no plugins deals with price or tax. But I am not sure. We use Nets Easy? Could they have something?
I hope this helps a bit, or else I will send what you mey more need. Thank you.
Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this @pgvkvlte . The WooCommerce settings seem OK.

To rule out plugin and theme conflicts, temporarily deactivate them and re-run your test. If the error no longer occurs, you can find out which plugin or theme is causing your issue.
I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.
We have now over several weeks (and a vacation at the store), been trying to rule out plugin and theme conflicts. But none of them is causing the problem or fixing the issue.
Do one of you have another suggestion of how to change the price to be included taxes in “total”. So she can see under each product “pris (price) without taxes –> “antal (amount)”: one –> “total (total): included taxes. Please see the first screenshot I shared.

I wanted to take a step back to get a better understanding of the issue.
I checked the first screenshot you shared, and I understand that the taxes are not included next to the product on the printed version like it is on the top part which is from the website.
I wanted to confirm 2 things before moving forward:
1 – What you want is for the printed version to look like the website version on this screenshot above, correct?
2 – Can you please share the steps you are taking to print this so we can try to replicate it on our end?
Not really. Sorry. The print version should somewhere show the product included tax. Even in the system it doesn’t show the prices included tax. But since that is not the orders they look at, it only becomes a problem on the printed version. It should look like when the customers buy. See the same screenshot – but page number 2.
I hope I understand it well, because we don’t do that many steps – The woocommerce it set with Printus (Print Node) to print automatic – Both when print automatic or when manually print, it looks like the screenshot – I have had a support from Printus to check all the setup on the site, to exclude possible conflicts from them
I’m sorry, maybe I don’t answer your question number 2 as wished. Please me know.
Yes, correct. Okay, so the problem is, on screen everything is fine, but somewhere in between (in the system) from the order is recieved to the printing, it devides the tax from the product.
So in short, she wants every single product, when printed, is shown seperatly per product included taxes. And then in the total in the buttom, it can be listed without tax, and the total of taxes, and total with taxes.
From your explanation, I understand that you want the printed invoice to show the tax-inclusive price for each product separately and then the total price at the bottom, which should be the sum of all the tax-inclusive prices of the products.
In WooCommerce, the tax settings are global and apply to all products. However, the template you use determines whether to display the tax-inclusive price on the invoice.
If you’re using a custom invoice template, you might need to modify the template to display the tax-inclusive price. You can do this by adding a line of code in the template that calculates the tax-inclusive price for each product.
If you’re using a standard WooCommerce invoice template (Order details), you can try changing the “Tax Display” option to “Including tax” under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax. This should display the tax-inclusive price on the invoice.
However, since you mentioned using Print Node for automatic printing, the issue might be with the Print Node settings. I recommend checking if there’s an option in Print Node to display the tax-inclusive price.
