Hello @entiposis,
Thanks for contacting us.
Regarding the query, as per the screenshots shared we could see the same price as €4,39 in the feed as well as on the product page for the product “Λουκάνικο Κιουρμουζούρ Sary”.
Could you provide more details on the issue observed? Please let me know If we have missed something.
I see it now too. Maybe I couldn’t see it because I haven’t cleared chrome cache. My issue is that on facebook it doesn’t change prices. I don’t know if I have done something wrong. On your plugin I have set daily refresh scedule on 7am and on facebook I have set an hourly update. So every day on 8 in the morning should be all updated, right? Is there a way to have an hourly refresh scedule on your plugin too?
I also have some other issues on facebook:
1. id must be unique -> https://prnt.sc/hGm40f2kZPMc ids are autogenerated, how can they have ids?
2. missing `brand, gtin, mpn from all products -> https://prnt.sc/dG6bUQ1diZG0
settings: https://prnt.sc/n07stLvzNGDY Is there a way to autoassign or to auto generate these fields?
3. Description field doesn’t support html form -> https://prnt.sc/n07stLvzNGDY
How can I resolve this?
Hello @entiposis,
Glad to know the issue is resolved for the Google Shopping feed.
And regarding the other issue mentioned, it looks like you are creating a feed using this plugin and trying to upload it to Facebook. The feeds you have created from ELEX WooCommerce Google Shopping (Google Product Feed) are used to upload your product data in Google Merchant Center, not on Facebook Catalog. If you would like to have a feed created and uploaded to Facebook Catalog, please check out our other plugin ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Feed for Facebook & Instagram. The plugin also has a premium version with additional features.
ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Feed for Facebook & Instagram doesn’t work, it keeps loading without a result: https://prnt.sc/dRgZ2kNdTslh
That’s why I used google extention that seems to be the same.
I am getting 2 errors too, on “manage feeds” tab -> https://prnt.sc/hh12GCtx0Nq0
Hello @entiposis,
Thanks for getting back. This is not expected behavior. We have tried the same in our testing environment and observed it to be working fine. Could you please contact our support team with the site details so that we can look into it?
