    I am on the latest versions of Woocommerce and your plugin. It’s seems that every time added a product it shows up on other people wall/feed twice. For example same product but one with a photo and one without? I will make a video that explains it better

    Hi @orionaselite,

    Can you give us more information about how these products are being created? For instance, are they products which are being duplicated from an already-existing product?

    Are the products’ SKUs being changed from one SKU to another?

    Additionally, could you please send a copy of the site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and selecting WooCommerce > Status.

    From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    @tijosh thanks for the reply, Let me try and answer your questions. Just to say this again the issue is that when I add a new product the product is fine in Woocommerce but on facebook it gets posted twice one with an image and one without. In woocommerce them image is there.

    1. On the Woocommerce side is where the products are being created. All we are doing is clicking add new and doing the data entry. In woocommerce everything is fine. On facebook is where the issue is.
    2. Sku aren’t being changed. woocommerce is fine

    Hi @orionaselite

    Thanks for providing the Status Report.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Okay, so it seems that you are still having the issue?

    I am re-opening this thread again so we can continue the troubleshooting.

    I checked your System status report and found the following items:

    • PHP Time Limit: 60
    • WP Rocket

    Please do the following steps:

    • 0. Clear your cache created by WP Rocket
    • 1. Increase the PHP time limit from 60 to 1200, this is to ensure we can avoid timeouts when the extension is doing resync next time since timeout could result in broken and incomplete sync. Possibly, some of the products with no images are caused by incomplete sync process, the plugin got the time out before fully processing the sync completely. Here is the guide to change the setting: https://wpastra.com/docs/increase-php-time-limit-wordpress-sites/
    • 2. Please clear WooCommerce transient data, it’s cached data that we want to clear to ensure it’s not interfering with a proper product sync, you can do that by going here WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
    • 3. You can do a manual resync to resolve those images in Facebook catalog that have no images or delete them from the catalog manually. To do manual resync (provided you have done PHP time limit and transient data clearing), navigate to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, click Sync products
