Hey, I might have not understood your issue properly but I am seeing all the pictures normally for all the products I checked(with more images than 4) and without opening lightbox.
Hello @violetboost,
Thank you for reaching out,
I haven’t noticed any issues with the display of images in the gallery: https://postimg.cc/8fv8b721. However, I suspect this might be due to the lazy loading of images being enabled on your website. Consider that if you have enabled lazy loading, it can affect it – usually, there is an option that you can set an exception, find it, and try to set WooCommerce gallery in the exception list. It can help you to show images immediately.
The lightbox is in Elementor(https://postimg.cc/qzDx41SC). To turn off the lightbox when you click on the main image on the slider, you can follow this article: https://elementor.com/help/lightbox/.
Note: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools.
I hope it helps.
Best Regards
Hi to everyone and thanks for your reply.
The truth is the single product isn’t built with Elementor.. And I look at the screenshot you have sent.. That weird.
I do have lazy load set up in WP Rocket, but even after disabling the plugin and clearing cache at the hosting level nothing changes.

It looks like there is a bug in the Ocean theme.
Hello @violetboost,
Yes, the product isn’t in Elementor, but the lightbox will appear everywhere on your website, please recheck the classes in the screenshot I’ve shared in the previous reply.
Regarding the featured image, that’s definitely a cache issue.
Please check the site in a different browser.
Scrolling down and then going to the top, the image will shown. It is how lazy loaded works – load with delay. Find and disable the plugin/option that provided the lazy load to solve this issue.
It is not in our products, But it is from third-party plugins/tools on your website.
In typical cases, it doesn’t happen on websites that OceanWP’s users have unless they install a third-party plugin.
As you can see in this screenshot, the single product image loaded completely, but in your browser, there is likely more delay in loading the image: https://postimg.cc/hh33rFqf.

Also, it is not replicable on a fresh installation, again, unless a plugin for lazy load is installed.
