    Hi everyone,

    I have narrowed down the issue to, when I activate the groups plugin and then try to go to a product page (I’m using woocommerce) I will only be shown the site logo, menu navigation and the product title. The product image, description, short description and basically the rest of the site looking downwards will be blank.

    There is not even an option to scroll down, like if there was no more content on the page.

    I am 100% sure it is caused by the groups plugin as I have tried to activate and deactivate it multiple times with also clearing all cache, and the problem only occurs when the plugin is active.

    I have noticed that only 2 pages doesn’t seem to have this problem and they load normally, I have yet to figure out why this is happening. Maybe it has something to do with that 90% of site traffic go to these 2 pages from google and it has something to do with caching… but then again as I said before I have already cleared cache multiple times so I don’t know.

    I don’t know what to do here, has anyone experienced a similar problem?

    Hi,

    This is certainly not an issue with Groups, I would recommend to check your PHP memory limit as you simply might have that set too low. What you describe is quite usual in those cases. You can find pointers related to that for example on this page: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/groups-woocommerce/faq/#section-7 – simply raising the PHP memory limit to an appropriate limit (for example 512M) can solve this for you.

    We’re testing Groups with WooCommerce all the time and also in the latest versions there are no indications whatsoever of what you describe so I’m closing marking this as resolved. I can really recommend to check what else might be causing this on your site, there are lots of plugins that can cause conflicts so I’d also recommend to disable anything that is not related directly to Groups and WooCommerce and then check individually. Of course make sure to check the memory limits first.
