The admin features on the product page are not responding on my latest version of chrome. The area where you should be able to drag and drop the fields only shows one line of text layered on top of itself, and is unresponsive.
In an attempt to fix this I reset the product page to “default” product page. Unfortunately this did more harm than good as I now get 404 errors every time I click on a product.
I created a new catalog and added back all of the products, but the same problems still persist.

Update: I now no longer get the 404, but rather the catalog just does not display when a product is clicked on.
The admin capability problems on the product page in all major browsers, including chrome, remain however.

    Hi Matt,

Could you let us know if there are any JS errors on the Product Page tab? If so, let us know what the error message is.

As for the 404 errors, they may originate from setting the pretty permalinks on without having products’ slug. So, if your products do not have slugs yet, please set Options > SEO > Pretty Permalinks to “No”. Else, the “Maintain filtering” option sometimes causes this issue. Could you let us know if any of those options were set on your side?

    Best regards,

    Thanks,
The permalinks without slugs led to the 404.
However, the same issues with the product page are still persisting.
Clicking on any product from the catalog is leading to the same page reloading, just without the catalog on it.
The same thing is also still happening with the admin features on all browsers including chrome. There are no visible JS errors on the Product Page tab; it looks normal except for the fact that all the fields that should be interactive drag and drops on the bottom of the page are just layered on top of each other in a single line of text. The cursor changes to a hand when moved over the layer of “X”s to the left of each word, but its completely unresponsive.

    Hi Matt,

Could you provide us with a link to your site, so we can see this product page link behaviour?

    Thank you

    Hi Matt,

The front-end behavior is really strange. Are there any other plugins on your site that affect URL rewrites, or do you have any functions in your theme’s functions.php file that affect them? Was the product page displaying correctly at any time, or would it never show? If you switch to a default theme with all plugins disabled, does the product page display correctly?

For the back-end products page issue, when you say that there are no visible JS errors, do you mean that there’s nothing that seems off about the page other than the layered fields, or that there are no errors listed in the developers console?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

It is possible to reorder the products in each Categorie?

    Hi tuttyk,

You may reorder the products by drag & drop within the Category tab. Do not hesitate to contact us again by writing a new thread, for additional information on our plugin! 🙂

    Best,
