[resolved] Product Page not displaying (8 posts)

    Running WP e-commerce

    On the backend when ever I click on Product - Products none of the products are displaying - I only get a stantard IE pages saying Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

    Everything else seems to be fine on the backend. All the other options under Products eg. Categories, Add New, Variations etc are fine, the problem is just with Products.

    Would you have any sugestions?

    Probably memory exhaustion.

    1. Check PHP errors log to confirm
    2. Contact hosting company to increase memory available
    3. Disable non-essential plugins before using admin; in particular SEO plugins can be very demanding.

    i have same problem .. product won't show on product-page ..
    and i've checked follow "whitelamp" recommend but still doesn't work.

    could you pls help me solve this problem ''

    My webhosting company increased the memory, but it did not make any difference.

    The suggested:

    "We would recommend that you either contact the vendor of the plugin for assistance, or manually reduce the number of products. If you need to edit the database directly, you can do this through the phpMyAdmin section of the Control Panel of the account (https://cp.server291.com)"

    which I have not done at this point as I would perfer to leave the number of products I have there.

    Is anyone else having or had this problem in the past?

    Thanks to Heathbaum, But the number of product i have right now is only 2 items... :(

    1. Confirm (and tell us) that there are no errors in the error log
    2. Disable other plugins
    3. Try another theme.

    Having the same issue. Followed the three steps - 1. No errors. 2. Plug-ins had no impact. 3. Theme was not an issue.

    enabled debug in the wp-config.php file to see what errors appear ?
