If you try downgrading to V4.2.1 of the product catalog, does the product page display on mobile then?

I’ve made a downgrade (with ‘WP Rollback’) from 4.2.2 back to 4.2.1
and the mobile version is visible again.

thank you for the info. I have done the update to 4.2.3 right now and it still don’t works on mobile. On PC (FF, Chrome, Opera, Edge) yes. On mobile (android 7.0, chrome, ff, opera mini) not. E.g. http://www.kimokura.com/catalogue-raisonne/art/1o1-babe-101/
So… any idea? Am I the only one with this troubles?

I’v done the update 4.2.4. now. Thank you for fixing the layout mess (text, chrome) on product page. But, the mobile product page is still not working.

I think you see it, I’ve:
UPCP>Options>Premium>Standard (regular) Product Page
and
UPCP>Product Page– nothing defined
What I habe noticed is, that on mobile, also the regular site menue is not working. Visible, but you don’t see the links.

The update we released yesterday fixed it in our testing, so we were unable to recreate the issue on our end.
However, we’re wondering if maybe there’s an option enabled in your site that’s causing it? Would you be able to send us a screenshot of your Options page?
Also, if you create a new product with a very simple description (e.g. plain text only, no gallery…etc), does that product display properly?
Finally, just as a test, if you set Options->Basic->”Display Product Page Price” to Yes, does the issue still occur?

product single page: still not invisible. So I set it back to no.
