Product options not filtering (but no error msg) with different theme active

This is an odd one; I set up a cloned site to work up a retheming, and it appears the expected filtering behavior still working on the original site (here):

… is no longer working correctly on its twinned page with the new theme, here:
– https://pparcelstaging.xyz/product/single-swatch-book/
The filtering behavior is failing without any sort of error msg visible in my browser’s developer console, and both sites are running in the exact same server environment, with the exact same version of your Extra Product Options (free version) plugin. Any thoughts on how I might resolve this annoyance? Thanks in advance,
