Product Notification pop up keeps showing eventhough all notifications disabled

HI there,
I’ve disabled all notifications and the notification pop-up still comes up when clients first log into their account (please see screenshot)
Can you please provide instructions to ensure it does not happen.
I already sent you a support email a few weeks ago and still haven’t heard.
