Product Media size of gallery thumbnails

    Hello, I’m having a hard time. I’m trying to change the size of the gallery thumbnails of my product. On the single page product. As you can see on the link my gallery thumbnails are cut on the sides. I would like to change that like this the image would not be cut. I’ve checked in the html code and i can see in the src that it’s taking the image in this dimensions 100×100. In the same folder where the image is there is another one that is 300×200 and this one is not cut. The big issue I have is that I really don’t know how to make the plugin to not choose the 100×100 but to take the one that is 300×200. Please help me.

    I guess i might need to do some php or something similar to tell the plugin to choose the 300×200 format and not the 100×100 instead. Thanks for your help.

    Hi everezoo,

    Generally you have to go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images and set the aspect rations you wish:

    After that you have to go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and regenerate thumbnails from there

    Unfortunately it didn’t work. It did change the size of my related products but that’ not the one I’m trying to change. You can see here the picture I’m trying to change https://prnt.sc/7Wwj4KZSszSv

    I thought maybe I could use some PHP code to tell the addon to choose the 300×200 image but I’m not really good in PHP. I’m trying to add some code in the functions.php with the help of ChatGPT but it’s not working.

    I’m using Elementor pro for my website and the addon I’m using for my single product page is Royal Elementor pro and the widget I’m using is a Royal Addons Woocommerce builder the name of the widget is Product Media https://prnt.sc/s5cVY8nHBOLz

    Hi again,

    I’ve tested it with woocommerce themes as well and it doesn’t work, you are right, in this case you either need plugin that sets image sizes for thumbnails without interruption or you’ve to contact woocommerce support.
