 * How does the product importer work? Does it import the same information that 
   you can export from the reseller dashboard? What fields does it import? Do these
   products automatically show up as products in the plugin for editing?

 * The products are delivered in the premium version in the form of XML files. It
   includes a categories XML file and products XML file. Only the USA products have
   been included. This information is gathered from the RCC, the GitHUB project,
   and tested to be functional. There is no way currently (that I know off) to get
   this information exported from the RCC. It does not allow any such export at 
   this time.
