    The products that are on the turnkey storefront should match the products that import into WordPress. You can try the following two things that might help.

    1. In your WordPress dashboard click on Reseller Store to view the product catalog. Select all of the products in the list and at the top of the list there is a drop down that will allow you to apply a bulk action. Choose Restore Product Data from the list and click Apply

    2. In the plugins menu deactivate the plugin and reactivate the plugin. Then follow the activation flow to import additional missing products.

    I may need to get intouch with the reseller team as I’m having a few other issues. I have tried the above & it didn’t work I also deactivated all plugins & went to a wp default theme.. It still won’t import all of the ssl’s

    Thanks for the info though

    The products she asked you above are the same products I have. It is true, the plugin only pulls 3 types of SSL certificates but the actual store has more than that. It does not matter how many times you deactivate and activate again. There are a few products available on original store that are not pulling on the Managed WordPress Reseller plugin.

    I’m still having issues I can not get the Premium SSL’s to import whatsoever & have no clue how to add them manually to my wordpress site as I can’t redirect it to be added to cart? Or I’ll have to redirect to the SSL page in the secureserver store front & I’d rather not do that

    My WordPress version. is 4.6.9

    I have tried disabling all plugins & used a default wordpress theme and then tried to import the products & it just isn’t working?

    Again my wordpress store with the SSL’s It only imports 3 standard, https://nobullwebsolutions.com/product-category/security/ssl/

    My Default Store front has 5 ssl’s total , 3 standard & 2 Premium https://www.secureserver.net/products/ssl?plid=474543

    I was on support yesterday with the reseller team as I have other issues (The other issue I’ll post here not sure it would have anything to do with the plugin not importing stuff)

    I’ve got broken links here https://www.secureserver.net/help/article/8849?prog_id=474543 If you click on refund policy. in the first sentence it goes here https://www.secureserver.net/default404.aspx to a 404 page? I may switch back to the old store front I guess to see if that fixes the issue

    I’m ready to pull my hair out this is getting the best of my ocd LOL

    Thanks In advance for any input that could be given

    A quick fix for this…. as I can not import them still…. how to add the premium ssl buttons… I got digging & figured out how to do that, Be sure to add your store id number to the link https://cart.secureserver.net/go/checkout/?plid=XXXX you’ll also need to add the information & price from the product manually

    First button is for the 1 site premium ssl
    <div class="rstore-add-to-cart-form">

    <button class="rstore-add-to-cart button btn btn-primary" data-id="ssl-premium" data-quantity="1" data-redirect="true">Add to cart</button>
    <div class="rstore-loading rstore-loading-hidden"></div>
    <div class="rstore-cart rstore-cart-hidden"><a href="https://cart.secureserver.net/go/checkout/?plid=ADD YOUR NUMBER HERE" rel="nofollow">Continue to cart</a></div>
    <div class="rstore-message"></div>
    </div>

    This button is for the 5 sites premium ssl

    <button class="rstore-add-to-cart button btn btn-primary" data-id="ssl-premium-ucc" data-quantity="1" data-redirect="true">Add to cart</button>
    <div class="rstore-loading rstore-loading-hidden"></div>
    <div class="rstore-cart rstore-cart-hidden"><a href="https://cart.secureserver.net/go/checkout/?plid=ADD YOUR NUMBER HERE" rel="nofollow">Continue to cart</a></div>
    <div class="rstore-message"></div>
    </div>

    This as been fixed. You will need to deactivate and activate the plugin to import the missing products.

    Root cause: Premium SSL is restricted to specific markets which is restricted via the API. Previously, when a blank market was passed the Premium SSL pricing was not returned. A change has been deployed that when a blank market is passed, the Default Support market (which is set in your Reseller Control Center under support settings) will now be used. WordPress defaults to pass a blank market which is why the plugin was affected.

    You can override the market in the API by adding the filter to your functions.php

    add_filter( 'rstore_api_query_args', [ $this, 'rstore_api_query_args_filter' ] );
    public function rstore_api_query_args_filter( $args ) {

    		$market   = 'en-US';

    		$args['marketId'] = $market;

    		return $args;

    	}

    Here are the markets supported for premium SSL

    const premiumSslMarkets = [
      'es-AR', // Argentina
      'en-AU', // Australia
      'de-AT', // Austria
