• Greetings!

I’m building a Printful + WooCommerce (NameCheap hosting) integrated site. In trying to do so, I add products to my Printful Dashboard, and through the Printful Integration, they show up on my site.

The problem arises when I upload certain models in Printful, as my site displays it as Out of Stock with no product images/thumbnails at all. This happens despite me ensuring the Printful page for availability.

I contacted the Printful team about this issue, and they responded saying that there was security setting that’s stopping images from being pushed to the site and the ‘Out of Stock’ sign was a result of this.

Is there a specific way to change this from my end?
    Do let me know, thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You probably need to seek help with this from the WooCommerce support forum. This doesn’t seem to be a WordPress issue.

Else, ask the people at this Printful company for a lot more details to where we might be able to help you.
