    Hi, the product images won’t display correctly in my product pages. Seems it occurred with the update. Is there a way to resolve this please? Thanks, Vicky

    Hi there,

    I visited the product page of which you provided us the link of and I was able to see the product images correctly. Can you please explain what the issue is, or is it fixed?

    I managed to find: Dashboard > Woocommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce Transients – Clear transients.

    That said, it doesn’t display correctly in Safari still. However, I assume that’s not fixable at your end – is that correct?

    I just accessed this site on Safari and was able to see the images properly: https://thefashioncatalyst.com/product/assembly-label-logo-tee-white/. It seems like there are some caching issues on your site.

    Can you please clear cache from your website, browser, and server and check this again?

    Seems the issue only occurs before “refreshing” the page on Safari. This is achieved without clearing any cache via the site’s backend.

    Perhaps, just a glitch that occurs now since I’ve “cleared the transients” in the dashboard via WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    Same happens in Chrome btw. If I head to a link the ‘product image’ doesn’t show without “refreshing” the page. Is this normal? I assume not everyone will simply know to refresh the page to have the product image display.

    @vickytfc – I’m able to see the product images in Chrome and Safari without refreshing, but perhaps you’ve been able to resolve this since you posted your response?

    The site does load a bit slowly, however. Do you have a large number of plugins running by any chance? That could be causing an issue like this as well, if there’s a conflict.

    We currently have 47 plugins running. I have no idea if that’s too many. It’s a shame as Automizer had to be disabled recently because it interferes with our shop sidebar. So I think it’s even slower now:(

    Any tips/tricks are more than welcome!
