This is something which can be done by enabling the revisions for products. You will be able to see which user made the changes, and what exactly the changes were.

I had try that plugin, install with woocommerce extention.
But not show in product page, its shows in log page.
And must go to premium version to search by text on the log.
If you have many activities in the site, its impossible to check changes on a product of few months ago.

You are right – the premium version seems to meet the requirement to an extent, but not the way it is required.
