On the heading descriptions could you clarify what you mean please? Do you mean the actual description of the page you see in your browser or something else? 🙂
On the quantity, when adding your product, check the “Inventory” box and enter in the amount you have, that way the customer can choose how many they want.

I solved one of the questions – the product headings. Let me explain the qty question better. I have a coupon clipping service. So the product is actually clipped manufacturer coupons. Normally, the customer is ordering a quantity of the item. I want them to be able to choose how many they want and then add to cart. So far, all I have been able to do is add to cart and manipulate the qty through updating the cart. I am hoping for another solution.
I have a 2nd question though. Currently the product listing is a horizontal line of information. I would prefer a horizontal row of 3-4 of the items listed with their picture and the rest of the information directly under the picture. Is this possible with the lite version?

On the other issue, on a product, there should be a quantity box, they should be able to enter the quantity and then add to cart.
For that and the display issue could I get a link to your site please, as both should be possible with the free version 🙂

I have found if they click on the product for more details, they can select quantity. But can they do it from the main product list?
