I need a small help as I am stuck with a problem beyond my technical capability.
On my product page, image gallery isn’t working. A visitor can see my product’s main image and thumbnails of secondary images however clicking on secondary image does not do anything. I am unsure what might be broken.

    One of the product is:

I am using theme woostify, everything was working great until some update which has broken the gallery. I have already reviewed all the add-ons but not sure add-ons are culprit or something else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks @hemant-ahir , I have no experience in JS, what might be wrong here or should I seek professional technical help to understand the problem?

    Hi @marcopolo11.

Looking at the link provided, it looks like the JavaScript error has been resolved.

For future reference and future readers, an error like this is often caused by a piece of JavaScript code which is triggering an error not being handled correctly. This in turn can stop other JavaScript from running. In this specific instance, it looks like a sticky-footer-bar.min.js file is trying to find the height of the browser window, unsuccessfully. When no height is returned, the JavaScript isn’t handling that error correctly, causing other JavaScript on the page to break.

I’d suggest sharing the error message @hemant-ahir pasted with the developer of the plugin or theme which is loading sticky-footer-bar.min.js, so they can inspect and ensure the error is resolved in future versions of their product.

Thanks a lot @mattyza and @hemant-ahir . Apparently problem was caused by Woocommerce product display option which later reset to default woocommerce. Looks like extra options were part of elementor.

Really appreciate your help on this.
