Hello,
Can someone help me with this?
Please suggest me a plugin or a set of plugins for this.
I want to create a horizontal filter like this
Pic 1
Pic 2 – Please also suggest how to add the range slider for attributes
Pic 3 – this is a step filter and the results are only available after selecting all options

I am currently using the Flatsome theme

It looks like Product Filters for WooCommerce can meet most of your requirements.
