    Hello,

I am a regional deliverer of drinks, like coca cola and beers. When customers order online, a fee will be automatically added for the empties. This month everybody will receive a discount of 10% but I noticed the discount also applies to the fee, but that is not the intention obviously, because the price of the empties is fixed. How do I exclude the product fee from the discount coupon?

    Thank you, Cindy

    Hi @dehangaar,

What process/plugin are you using to add additional fees to your WooCommerce site as the free WooCommerce plugin itself does not offer additional fee functionality.

If it’s a third-party plugin which is adding the fees you may need to reach out to the developers of that plugin to see if it would be possible to exclude those from a default WooCommerce discount coupon.

    Hello,

The discount is applied to the subtotal only for me – https://snipboard.io/zCkrP6.jpg
Is it possible to share screenshots of what you see on your end? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

I am using “WooCommerce Product Fees”

For example here, you can see the total + fee = around 100 and the coupon gives 10 euro instead of 5,5 on the subtotal

I think I know why, I see that the recalculation of the order added VAT to the ‘leeggoed’ (empties), maybe that has to do with it…

Still learning and making mistakes 🙁
